Mobile contract ended? Check whether you are still paying for the phone
If your handset still works, a new phone contract may be solving a problem you do not have. Check the cost of keeping the phone and moving to SIM-only.

The simple checklist
Do these in order
- Text INFO to 85075 to check your contract status and possible charges.
- Look at three months of data use so you do not buy an oversized allowance.
- Compare SIM-only with the full cost of a new handset contract.
- Ask your provider for an existing-customer deal before leaving.
- To keep your number, text PAC to 65075; if not, text STAC to 75075.
