The simple checklist
Do these in order
- Search your bank and card statements for repeating payments.
- Check the renewal date, notice period and cancellation method.
- Cancel directly with the business and ask for written confirmation.
- Save the confirmation and check the next statement for another charge.
- If a recurring card payment continues, tell your card issuer to stop future payments.
